Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy
Orders typically ship within 3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak periods, processing may take 3–6 business days.

Please note: We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii.

Address Changes:
If you need to change the delivery address after your order has shipped, a $20 address change fee will apply. Alternatively, carriers often provide free options to pick up your order from one of their designated facilities.

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

Sales Policy
All sales are final, except in cases of damaged or missing items.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and provide a photo of the damage. We will issue a full refund.

  • Missing Items: If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, a claim will need to be filed with the carrier. Based on the carrier’s resolution, we will process a refund, or you may choose to dispute the charge with your bank.

  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
